Jen is a former Elementary School Principal, holding a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within educational settings. Her strong educational background includes a Master's degree in Education Leadership from Loyola University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from Arizona State University (ASU). Following a successful career in public education, Jen shifted her focus to establishing an LLC consulting business. This venture allowed her to dedicate her expertise to educating through instructional design, consulting, and training. At the core of her mission is a fervent dedication to educating others. She believes in unlocking potential through knowledge, mentorship, and practical guidance. As a true lifelong learner, Jen is constantly seeking new insights and staying abreast of the latest research to ensure BSLS provides the most relevant and impactful support to our community.
